Pre-site Evaluations

• Commercial sites and large homes many times need a flooring professional to perform Pre-site Evaluations to prevent future problems and complaints. This is an intensive and thorough evaluation, and I work directly with the architects and construction supervisors, and managers. 

Film Thickness measurements by ASTM / ANSI standards, none destructive.

• Ultra-sonic non-destructive measurements to determine if the product you have has the wear layer thickness specified, or if the polyurethane applied to your wood floors is three coats, two or only one and the thickness of polyurethane on factory finished flooring

Color evaluation by international standards and procedures

• There are color differences allowed in some flooring products, but how much is acceptable? Learn what you have and how to determine if your flooring is what you bought

Bore Scope

• Think there is a moisture problem behind the wall? Do you want to see it? Photograph it? Then, the latest technology will help you, used with an IR camera to detect moisture

Microscopic Measurements

• Measurements using a scope with accurate measurement technology for laboratory quality service

Wood Species ID

• What really is installed? DO you have doubts?
